4. Subscriptions (monthly/annual)

Refund eligibility:
- Free trials: If you cancel during a free trial before the trial expires, you will not be billed. If you are billed in error during a free trial, contact us for a full refund.
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are not generally provided for partial months after the billing date. In exceptional circumstances (billing error, duplicate charge, technical failure), we may issue a pro-rated or full refund.

6. Physical goods (merchandise)
If we sell physical goods:
- Return window: You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original packaging.

Returns shipped without prior authorization may be delayed or refused. - Return shipping costs: Unless the item is defective or shipped in error, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

7. Event tickets & registrations

- Event cancellations or material changes by organizer: If we cancel or materially change the event, purchasers are entitled to a full refund or credit, as described on the event page. We will notify purchasers by the email used at booking and initiate refunds promptly.
8. Donations & crowdfunding
- Donations are final unless otherwise stated on the donation page (for example, if a donation was processed in error). Refunds for donations are issued only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

9. Purchases via third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play, etc.)

10. Chargebacks & disputed transactions
- If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback), please also contact us at
billing@theasorock.com so we can resolve the issue more quickly. Multiple chargebacks or abusive disputes may lead to account suspension and recovery actions.
11. Payment methods, taxes & fees
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method when possible. If that is not feasible, we will coordinate an alternative refund method.
- Purchases may include applicable taxes or VAT; refunds will reflect any taxes refunded by our payment processor. Transaction fees or currency conversion charges collected by payment processors or banks may not be refundable by us, check with your bank for those specific fees.
12. Processing timeframes
