Application process

- Screening: HR will review applications and invite shortlisted candidates to a skills assessment or interview.
- Interviews: Candidates will meet with the Editor and a technical/skills panel.
- Offer: Successful candidates receive a written offer including role, compensation, and start date.
Freelancers & submissions
We accept pitch submissions for freelance reporting and analysis. Email pitches and two published clips to freelancers@theasorock.com. Include the proposed headline, 3–5 sentence pitch, estimated word count, and timing.
